I am fortunate to both create with and explore the best parts of mapping: analyzing diverse sources of data and developing visualizations on various forms of media to help people understand that information. Ten years of experience working in various geospatial roles—including GIS analyst, cartographer, and web developer—has given me a breadth of skills to pull from, including the ability to quickly learn and adapt new technologies to solve problems spatially. My passion lies in building tools and visualizations that empower people to discover and improve the world around them.
Currently I reside in Portland, Oregon where I am a GIS Programmer/Analyst with Resource Data, Inc. When I’m not analyzing geospatial data, you can likely find me on the mats where I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
